1.) How much pressure is recommended when inflating the ring?
Until top ring becomes round in shape and firm to touch. An over inflated ring heated by the sun may burst or could lead to leaks in the seam. We recommend using a foot pump. The use of an air compressor is absolutely forbidden.
2.) Is a concrete platform suitable for an inflatable pool?
Yes, we recommend the use of a ground cloth, to avoid abrasions from the concrete. Please kindly pay a visit to the dedicated section of this website.
3.) What other surfaces are recommended for an inflatable pool?
Almost any completely level surface can be used. We do not recommend using sand as a levelling agent, it is prone to shifting under the pool. If additional levelling must occur please use compacted dirt
4.) What happens if I set my inflatable pool up on unlevelled ground?
 If you set your Fast Set pool up on a location that is un-even your pool will suffer from undue stress and failure rate is dramatically increased. This will not be determined a manufacturers defect, this will be categorised a user induced problem.
   
5.) Why is my inflatable Pool is lopsided?
 You have not removed all of the folds in the bottom while filling with water or the ground is uneven.
   
6.) What is the maximum fill height of inflatable pools?
We recommend to fill in the pool to its 80% water capacity. Never exceed the maximum capacity of the water, this could be the cause of injuries or damages to the pool
7.) Approximately, how many gallons of water does the pool hold?
When filled to 80% water capacity, as recommended, the pool holds approximately:

8.) How many years will the inflatable pool last?
With the proper care and storage you can dramatically increase the life of your pool. Improper set up, use or care can result in failure of the pool.
9.) Can grass effect my inflatable pool?
Yes, in some cases grass can grow through the pool. This will only occur in the hardiest of species, such as Bermuda. To aid in the prevention we recommend using a ground cloth. Please kindly pay a visit to the dedicated section concerning fast set pools of this website.
10.) Can the ring be used as a seat or rest?
No, you should never allow anyone to climb on, sit on or apply pressure to the tube. This may case leaking and damage.

Will my lawn be damaged from the inflatable pool being set up?
Yes the area under the pool will likely suffer dramatic effects due to lack of light and the pressure.

12.) Do I need to take down my inflatable pool for the winter?
Yes, when temperatures fall below 45 degrees it is recommended the pool be taken down.
13.) Can a water heater be used on the pool?
Electric heaters are strictly prohibited for use with this pool.
14.) What can I do to increase the life of my pool?
Follow the instruction manual and keep water maintained as directed by your local pool supplier.
   
15.) How many times a year should I change my water?
This is dependent on the use the pool receives, and the attention paid to covering the pool and keeping chemicals properly balanced. Your local pool chemical supplier will be able to best advise you. 16.) Is it recommended the use of chemical products? In positive case, what kind?
Yes, please kindly address to your local supplier of chemical products who will be able to advise you, keeping in consideration the water capacity of your pool.
17.) Would excessive pool chemicals affect / cause deterioration to liners?
Yes, discoloration, disintegration, and chemical burn through are all possible if chemicals are not handled properly.
18.) What should I do if I notice debris and dirt on the floor of my pool?
Your local pool supplier will be able to best advise you.
19.) Before winter storage is there any special care needed?
The pool must be thoroughly cleaned with a mild soap and water solution. It is very important the pool is rinsed and allowed to completely dry before storage.

Is jumping or diving from a pool ladder or from a launch pad ok?
For any reason, it’s not allowed to jump or to dive in anyone of our pools. This would cause injuries or even death

21.) Is there any precautionary measure I should take after purchasing the pool?
The availability and knowledge to use a first aid kit, rescue buoy, and a safety regulation approved rescue pole are recommended. Pre planning should also include easy access to emergency phone numbers. We highly recommend you to take view of the section concerning the security norms you can find in the instructions manual.
